Wrinkle and Anti Aging Product Rating: 88/100
The Perfective Ceuticals product line consists of three products, each sold individually. They are:
1. The Devine Age Guardian Serum
2. The Devine Age Guardian Crème
3. The Anti-imperfection Eye Therapy Cream
Each of the Perfective Ceuticals products is labeled as “With Growth Factor”. We were curious as to just what the heck that was, so we looked into it. Apparently, “Growth Factor” is Oligopeptide. Similar to some of the other peptides that are seen in the best wrinkle creams, it stimulates the synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid way down inside the very deepest layers of skin. Also, it has a slight SPF factor to it, which can help prevent sun damage.
First Impression:
The first thing that came to mind when we received these three products was, “Wow what professional and high-end packaging.” The team over at Perfective Ceuticals really went the extra mile to let you feel pampered by their products, and give you the feeling that are really applying a special product to your skin. Of course, we know the packaging has little to do with how well the creams work, so we’ll skip right to that part. However, we wanted to point out this nice feature of the Perfective line.
The User Experience:
Well, the website for Perfective Ceuticals, http://www.perfectiveceuticals.com, states in its instructions that you should use the Devine Age Guardian Serum and follow it with a treatment of the Devine Age Guardian Crème. We were told to use them each twice a day. We did a morning application before makeup and an evening application before bed. The Anti-imperfection Eye Cream is also to be used twice a day, so we applied this cream after each application of the other creams. To be honest it was quite a lot of product to be applying, but perhaps most users don’t ALSO use the eye cream during their treatments with the other products.
Our skin felt a little bit heavy after each use, like it was tough for the product to be absorbed. Especially after applying two products (the serum and the Crème) it was uncomfortable to put makeup on afterward. We would have liked the products better if we didn’t have that heavy feeling. Perhaps slightly lightening the product or removing the heavier ingredients in the formulas would have pleased us more.
We DID however, feel like we were getting some very deep moisture from the product, and that our skin was getting healthier with each use. The products, you can tell are made very well, and they are CHOCK FULL of good active ingredients which we love. (we’ll look at those below) The eye cream definitely lessened the puffiness under our eyes, and we believe that the slight darkness our tester had under her eyes had lightened about 15% after 3 weeks of use.
We believe that with longer use of the three Perfective Ceuticals products, you can expect to see some results. The ingredients that caught our eye were Matrixyl, Hyaluronic Acid, Various Peptides, Ginseng Root, Lutea Root, Retinol, and a lot more. There is NO DOUBT you are getting a TON of scientifically backed key ingredients when you buy these products.
The Cost:
This might be one of the downsides for many consumers. Each individual product costs $128, $96, $72 respectively. The two products you are instructed to use together are the serum ($128) and the Crème ($96) which sets the price at $224 for about a month’s supply. On top of that, the Eye Cream is another $72 if you want that also. That puts Perfective Ceuticals up near the top of our most expensive treatments here on Wrinklebest.com. The thing is though, you DO feel like you’re getting a $200+ treament, as far as the ingredients are concerned and the packaging. So… though many consumers might be priced out of being able to afford this anti aging treatment, those who can afford it, will feel like they got their money’s worth.
The Pro’s:

Negatives:
- We had a somewhat heavy or slightly greasy feeling with applying the Serum and Crème together
- Cost is very high when using as instructed
- The products DO have parabens in them, used as preservatives. Though parabens have not been completely proven to cause health issues, they have been indicated in some links. Those consumers who are “paraben cautious” need to realize that they do exist in these creams and serums.
Overall, we liked very much the Perfective Ceuticals 3 product line. We can recommend it for those with a good sized budget for skin care, and who are looking for a multi-product treatment with lots of ingredients.

I’ve been quite lucky to receive the Anti-imperfection Eye Therapy Cream as a gift recently from a friend who has been using all of PerfectiveCeuticals’ products for some time now, and needless to say, also a big fan of theirs. I’ve tried a number of different eye creams in the past and have always doubt that they actually do what they’re suppose to do until I tried this one with this “Growth Factor” twists. Most of the other brands, in my opinion, are very similar but PerfectiveCeuticals’ Anti-imperfection Eye Therapy cream does stand out tremendously - never had I tried an eye cream that felt so tight and firm. I can’t wait to see what it can do to some of those nasty wrinkles in a few weeks time. It is indeed a bit pricey but personally I would rather spend a bit more on things that clearly appears to work than buying something perhaps slightly cheaper which never seems to make a difference…
